AFRICAN REGION

Egypt
  • Denied H5N1 HPAI outbreak in poultry (Beni Suef)
  • Confirmed H5 HPAI outbreak in poultry (Fayoum)
  • Confirmed H5N1 infection in humans (Dakahlia)

ASIAN REGION

Bangladesh
  • Confirmed H5N1 HPAI outbreaks in poultry (Dhaka)
China
  • Confirmed H5N2 HPAI in poultry (Taiwan POC)
  • Confirmed H5N1 and H5 infection in wild birds (Hong Kong SAR)
India
  • Confirmed H5N1 HPAI outbreak in poultry (Tripura)
Israel
  • Confirmed H5N1 infection in cats (HaDarom)
Korea, the Republic of
  • Denied H5N1 HPAI - Confirmed H9N2 Low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) outbreak in poultry (Chungcheongnam-do)
Myanmar
  • Suspected H5N1 HPAI outbreaks in poultry (Bago)
