Russia: 10,000 pigs to be culled in new ASF outbreak

More than 10,000 pigs will be culled in Voronezh Oblast, Russia due to an outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF), according to a report by the deputy head of the regional department of agrarian policy, Oleg Lakhov.
